Simpson Strong-Tie dominates the connectors market, and they had a foothold in the trade market with their line of concrete anchor products. Now they had an opportunity to bring this line into Lowe’s stores, extending their reach to smaller contractors and serious do-it-yourself consumers.
We began by designing innovative packaging for the heavy products that would hold up to the rigors of the warehouse retail environment. Then we moved into creating a 4-foot aisle section to clearly brand Simpson and educate buyers.
