Creative Director
We are seeking to add the talents of an experienced digital creative leader who will bring cutting-edge thinking and superlative design chops to our innovative, highly entrepreneurial team. You must demonstrate a passion for strategic problem solving and a deep understanding of designing for a myriad of platforms and interactive experiences. You need to be eager to stay current with the quickly evolving digital universe and have enthusiasm for interacting with corporate clients, leading teams, and bringing fresh and viable creative concepts to the table.
Mad Skills:
- 7+ years in an agency building experiences and leading large-scale digital projects/campaigns for global brands
- Intuitive understanding of digital user experience and behavior
- Conceptualize exciting and effective online and mobile marketing campaigns
- Experience creating mobile websites and native apps is preferred, as is a background in content-rich design
- Well versed in standard Web product-development processes
- Interest in crafting multi-channel campaigns spanning across traditional and non-traditional outlets
- Deep understanding of display advertising and the passion to continuously explore new angles, offers, methods, technology and measurement strategies
- Ability to lead motion design, video, audio projects from pre-production through post
- History of working with sales, marketing, and business development teams is a plus
- Expected be a resourceful, collaborative team player with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Sterling presentation skills are essential – both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal and time-management skills are assumed
- Knack for for building creative teams and mentoring emerging talent
- Passionate curiosity to explore creative intersections between technology and design to build experiences that add value to peoples’ lives while infusing business goals

Pecking Order:
The Creative Director will report to the Sr. VP of Creative and lead a talented team of designers, animators, writers (and extended family of freelancers) to conceive and design innovative content, applications, and campaigns for our clients. S/he will also work with new business development team to think up creative approaches for client pitches.
