For the past several years Dell has used a series of disparate internal websites to help train and deliver resources to their internal sales force. In addition, that same sales force is tasked with maintaining a relationship and distributing marketing materials to more than 30,000 members of its employee purchase programs.
The issue? All of the sites the internal sales force has been asked to use are independently operated, maintained, and often irrelevant. Enter tenfour. After a solid and thorough discovery process, we developed a completely new, consolidated central hub program that allows Dell’s sales force and customers to access all the information necessary to run a successful employee purchase program.
The result? Dell is already seeing positive results through higher sales, positive sales force feedback, and growth in their program.
