In the online campaign tenfour developed, we focused on Air New Zealand’s unique onboard concierge staff who provide such stellar service, travelers would “pray for delays.” With the theme of “reLAX to LONDON,” we helped consumers envision how their vacation would begin the moment they stepped aboard the plane. Banner ad viewers clicked through to learn more at a microsite, entered a contest for free tickets, and got a taste of their notable concierge service in the format of an iPhone app that would help them navigate London the Kiwi way.
